    • Slowly aged over 10 years to produce a slightly sweetened vinegar with a woody finish and luscious texture.  
  • Use this vinegar as base for soups, tomato sauces and especially with braised beef dishes. As the acidity is well balanced, only 1 one or two drops of olive oil is required for a full flavoured salad dressing.
