A chocolate proud of its origins planted in the fertile soils of Africa. Showing intricate fruity/blossomy fragrance, already indicating the richness in tannins that gives it its defined cocoa flavour.
There is lots of cherry and red plum breaking through the slight bitterness of the cocoa, finished by a hint of acidity in the back palate.
Perfect for the chocoholic preferring less sweetness and more cocoa.

Cuvée Chocolate was established in Melbourne in 2014 when Chocolatier and Master Pastry Chef Deniz Karaca decided to pursue his long standing dream and start creating hand crafted premium pure chocolate bars that could be paired with wine and spirits without compromising either.

Situated on England’s West Dorset coast the worlds only Pure Milk Vodka™ is produced made entirely from the milk of grass grazed cows and nothing else. Fresh whole milk makes an exceptionally smooth vodka with a unique creamy character. Pure Milk Vodka™ is the invention of West Dorset dairy farmer Jason Barber. His inspiration came from a desire to diversify the produce from his 250 strong dairy herd and his deep personal interest in vodka.
The milk is separated into curds and whey. The curds are used to make cheese, the whey is fermented into a beer using a special yeast that converts the milk sugar into alcohol. This milk beer is then distilled and treated to our secret blending process. The vodka is then triple filtered and finished, before being hand bottled.
Black Cow is made from the same milk that is used to make Barber’s 1833 cheddar, and our own Black Cow Deluxe Cheddar.
