Anaya Trigona honey is truly unlike any other honey. Our stingless bee honey is scientifically-proven to kill 83% of bacteria, and only contains 17% pure fructose.
Our honey is harvested only in limited quantities each year from tiny stingless bees (Trigona Biroi) that collect nectar from a wide variety of plants and herbs. The honey is raw, unheated and contains a high level of pollen and propolis to make this the most healing natural food, and giving it its unique sweet-sour flavour and fluid texture.
Our current harvest, is from fruit farms - lending our honey perfume notes of lychee, pineapple, mango and tamarind and shipped to Hong Kong immediately.
Our honey is extracted without heat or harming any stingless bees, and is raw. Free from preservatives or additives.
This product was recently awarded the Great Taste Awards 2016 which is acknowledged benchmark for fine food and drink. This award has been described as the ‘Oscars’ of the food world and the ‘epicurean equivalent of the Booker prize’.
Directions: Take a teaspoon on alternate days, or double when not feeling well.

The spray contains raw Trigona honey & propolis from stingless bees, and has strong anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties - wonderful for soothing sore throats and ulcers, while refreshing the breath.
We use only natural ingredients in our throat spray, in fact only 4 natural ingredients is used in our product. Free from preservatives or additives.

Fresh whole milk makes an exceptionally smooth vodka with a unique creamy character. Pure Milk Vodka™ is the invention of West Dorset dairy farmer Jason Barber. His inspiration came from a desire to diversify the produce from his 250 strong dairy herd and his deep personal interest in vodka.
The milk is separated into curds and whey. The curds are used to make cheese, the whey is fermented into a beer using a special yeast that converts the milk sugar into alcohol. This milk beer is then distilled and treated to our secret blending process. The vodka is then triple filtered and finished, before being hand bottled.
Black Cow is made from the same milk that is used to make Barber’s 1833 cheddar, and our own Black Cow Deluxe Cheddar.
