Anaya Trigona honey is truly unlike any other honey. Our stingless bee honey is scientifically-proven to kill 83% of bacteria, and only contains 17% pure fructose.
Our honey is harvested only in limited quantities each year from tiny stingless bees (Trigona Biroi) that collect nectar from a wide variety of plants and herbs. The honey is raw, unheated and contains a high level of pollen and propolis to make this the most healing natural food, and giving it its unique sweet-sour flavour and fluid texture.
Our current harvest, is from fruit farms - lending our honey perfume notes of lychee, pineapple, mango and tamarind and shipped to Hong Kong immediately.
Our honey is extracted without heat or harming any stingless bees, and is raw. Free from preservatives or additives.

Fresh whole milk makes an exceptionally smooth vodka with a unique creamy character. Pure Milk Vodka™ is the invention of West Dorset dairy farmer Jason Barber. His inspiration came from a desire to diversify the produce from his 250 strong dairy herd and his deep personal interest in vodka.
The milk is separated into curds and whey. The curds are used to make cheese, the whey is fermented into a beer using a special yeast that converts the milk sugar into alcohol. This milk beer is then distilled and treated to our secret blending process. The vodka is then triple filtered and finished, before being hand bottled.
Black Cow is made from the same milk that is used to make Barber’s 1833 cheddar, and our own Black Cow Deluxe Cheddar.

This critically acclaimed, premium small-batch vodka is copper-pot distilled with a small amount of fresh lemongrass and then polished over a bed of locally sourced Texada Island limestone to create a clean spirit with a smooth mineralized texture and a subtle hint of citrus complexity.

Rarely does an opportunity to acquire an exquisite five-year aged pear brandy come your way.
We secured this fine spirit through a cooperative relationship with the folks at Deep Cove Brewery and Distillery. Our Master Distiller, Charles Tremewen was approached with an offer to transfer three barrels of brandy to Long Table Distillery because Deep Covers distillery license would only permit them to produce spirits made from BC agricultural inputs. As it turns out this unique spirit was distilled from Oregon grown Bartlett Pears and by regulation was subject to disposal to retain their license. When both distillers shared a tasting of this brandy they recognized that to discard it, was out of the question. The result was a cooperative bond established between two of BC’s micro-distilleries to work together and save, what we believe, is an outstanding example of a VSOP Reserve Pear Brandy we know you will enjoy.
This Limited-Edition Reserve Pear Brandy was rested in 2009 in Pinot Gris barrels. Today this beautifully balanced spirit has a nose of honeysuckle, pear drop, and vanilla sweetness. Up front on the palate, there’s a touch of oak and honey, followed by a gentle vanilla that fades into pear and sweet alcohol warmth – Salute.
Suggested uses: this spirit would make an excellent addition to several high-end cocktails including, but not limited to Old Fashioned, Sidecar, Alexander or a Sour. However, the spirit shines when served neat or on the rocks.

In a dry glass, combine all ingredients stirring gently
